3. Service Description

AppMake.click provides a platform that allows Users to convert their websites into native mobile applications for Android and iOS devices without requiring programming knowledge.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

AppMake.click offers various pricing plans as displayed on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

For one-time payment plans, you will be charged the advertised price at the time of purchase. For subscription plans, you will be billed on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate.

Future app builds will be charged at the rate specified in your plan. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

6. Refund Policy

AppMake.click offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

Refunds are not available after this 14-day period or for additional app builds, unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AppMake.click and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, including any Apps created using the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such Content in connection with providing the Service.

8. User Content

You are solely responsible for the Content that you create, upload, post, send, or store through the Service, including any Apps created using the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You either are the sole and exclusive owner of all Content that you make available through the Service, or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant us the rights in such Content as contemplated under these Terms.
• The Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
• The Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, including the guidelines, policies, and terms of service of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to create Apps that:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Contain malicious code, viruses, or malware
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Infringe upon any intellectual property rights
• Collect user data without proper consent
• Manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content

10. App Store Guidelines

You acknowledge and agree that any App created through the Service must comply with the guidelines, policies, and terms of service of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We cannot guarantee that your App will be accepted by these platforms, as they have their own review processes and criteria.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AppMake.click, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
